I've been looking for this candy for years, I don't even have a name for it. I just knew it from memory that there is one tiny round chocolate candy with white sprinkles. I wonder what it was called back in Germany 1973?
But those memories from Sno Caps are still so vivid to me, especially when I pair it with other toys and clothes in my memory... those Fisher-Price grocery set, the blue plastic milk cup, my fluffy pillow, my giraffe stuff toy, among others. I remember Sno Caps as my most favorite of all the candies they give us. We were allowed to have them as pretend products for our "Kaufenshaft grocery store play" that I once thought they were coins for trade offs!
My foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hermann Hackstein, always bought a pack of Sno Caps to spoil us little children. I really liked those candies that I recall I saved some occasionally for bedtime. I couldn't well explain why my toddler crib smelled sweet from those Sno Caps :)
Now that I am abroad where Sno Caps are a rare find, I long for Sno Caps to have my little one try. It's great to know we can still avail of Sno Caps candy from the candy store.Yum!
